-This venue is formerly known as The Syndicate and re-opens as The Matrix in August of 1965.
-The Doors give the first of their performances at The Matrix in San Francisco.
-Promotional artwork by Victor Moscoso (Poster).
-9:30pm to 2:00am scheduled performance window.
-Minors are welcome at these shows.
-Approx. 100 in attendance at tables and chairs.
-These performances are recorded by club owner/partner Peter Abram.
-Recordings of The Wildflower also exist from this night.
-These shows produce the only known live recording of Get Out Of My Life, Woman.
-Photographs from these shows have never surfaced.
-A venue known as the Pierce Street Annex takes over this location in early August of 1972.
