-Promoters anticipate a crowd of 60,000 to attend the festival.
-An Elektra ad for Full Circle lists The Doors performance date at this festival as September 3rd.
-The Doors perform in Detroit on September 3rd and are moved to play this festival on September 4th.
-On August 9th, public health officials declare that the festival site does not meet health department requirements.
-On August 16th, promoters receive a restraining order to stop the advertising and sale of tickets for this festival.
-Promoters receive a ban on the festival by Judge Lester Nixon on August 23rd.
-Last minute plans are made to hold the festival on Bull Island in the Wabash River.
-Approx. 300,000 persons attend the festival.
-The Doors are paid in advance and show up to perform.
